    First, the classification of contacts

    As the actuator of electrical appliances, high-quality copper-silver alloy contacts are very critical components, which have a critical impact on the performance, overall structure and specifications of electrical appliances. The performance and quality of the contacts directly endanger the stability of the electrical appliance. Under normal working conditions, the contacts are often subject to harmful effects such as mechanical equipment collisions and electrical isolation, etc., and are very easy to be damaged. Therefore, it is a weak point of electrical appliances with contact points.

    Contacts can be classified as follows:

    1. The working conditions of the contact head can be divided into two types: on-load opening and closing and no-load opening and closing.

    2. The mutual movement state of the contact heads can be divided into two types: sliding type and telescopic type. The former is less damaged than the latter, and the transmission is also greatly reduced.

    3. According to the main purpose of the contact, it can be divided into main contact, arc contact, pre-contact and interlocking contact. Precision copper alloy contacts are used for magnetic blowing to ensure excellent working of the main contacts. Therefore, the posture regulation of the arc contact is: in the whole process of closing and closing, it should be closed before the main contact, and in the whole process of breaking, it should be broken after the main contact, so as to prevent the main contact from being scalded by the electric isolation. Pre-contacts are replacement contacts for arcing contacts.

    4. According to the number of breakpoints, it can be divided into single breakpoint type and double breakpoint type contacts.

    5. The normal working parts of the contact head can be divided into open and closed copper-tungsten alloy contacts and normally closed contacts.

    6. According to the structure, it can be divided into finger contacts and flat arm contacts.

    7. The contact mode of the contact head can be divided into three forms: surface contact, line contact and point contact.

    8. The level of alternating current controlled by the contact head can be divided into three types: weak current, medium current and strong current.
