Features
Using the powder metallurgy process of silver powder and tungsten powder ball milling mixed pressing, sintering and infiltration method, the silver-based electrical contact material with tungsten as the skeleton has both the excellent thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity of silver, as well as the high melting point and burnout resistance of tungsten. The overall hardness is high, the mechanical wear is small, and the resistance to arc erosion, adhesion and fusion welding is strong. Silver-tungsten products have high brazing rate and welding strength, and silver spots with smaller sizes can be directly welded automatically. After sintering solder, silver-tungsten products with larger sizes are easy to weld and have high efficiency.
Silver tungsten series contacts are mainly used in:
This product is mainly used in medium and low voltage circuit breakers, leakage circuit breakers, high current switch contacts, heavy industrial relays, air circuit breakers, lifting control switches, electric locomotive switches, etc.
